K3b 1.0.4 released

It has been a while since I worked on K3b and now that I did most of my time went into the work on K3b 1.1 (or maybe even 2.0 as the great Laurent Montel will help me with the KDE 4 port of K3b in two weeks. We will have a little workshop at the Mandriva office in Paris actually).

But I also tried to put a little work into the stable branch and the result is this fourth bugfix release of the 1.0 series.

K3b now silently allows the burning of files bigger than 4 GB if an appropriate version of genisoimage or mkisofs is installed ("silently" means that I did not introduce any new messages)
I was not able to find the aweful "disabled DMA" bug but I introduced a little workaround which hopefully solves it for many of you (BTW: K3b from svn trunk does support DVD burning with cdrecord.)
Never use growisofs parameter -dvd-compat with DVD-RW media in restricted overwrite mode (some drivesdo not like that)
Unmount medium before DVD formatting

K3b 1.0.3 released

Back from my honeymoon I finally worked my work through the tons of emails which ended up in a new bugfix release for K3b. Hopefully it will be the last before the first 1.1 alpha.

Reverted to old behaviour of reloading medium before verification. Not enough testing had been done before introducing this and some systems fail to read the medium before reload (Bugs 147297, 147328, 147420, 147698).
Do not crash when the currently playing audio project item is removed (Bug 147548).
Added desktop actions to handle empty media with K3b.
Fixed read retry when reading data tracks (Bug 147778).
K3b's dialogs now honor the global button layout setting (Bug 147799).
Do not crash on mp3 files without tags if compiled with taglib support (Bug 142651).
Do not allow to copy a rewritable media to itself.
Fixed crash on startup with devices that return bogus GET PERFORMANCE data (Bug 147676).

K3b 1.0.2 released

Now this is just another bugfix release. I had hoped to be able to release K3b 1.1 by now and make it my wedding release but sadly it is not ready yet. Thus, my wedding release is "just" a small maintenance release. Have fun.

Properly determine the capacity of complete CD-R(W) media.
Mark a data project as modified if files are renamed.
Allow adding of all actions to the welcome window (Bug 145866)
Added "NoDisplay=true" property to k3b-cue.desktop and k3b-iso.desktop
Fixed supported write speed detection on some devices
No reload before verification and between writing sessions (CD copy + Mixed Mode CD) anymore
